Job Title: Employment Associate / Senior Associate (12 Month FTC) Location: London Overview A leading US law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Associate / Senior Associate to join their dynamic London-based team on a fixed-term contract basis until August 2025. Responsibilities Advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including: -Recruitment and termination of executives -Restructuring programs -Business transfers and outsourcings -Tribunal and High Court litigation -Day-to-day advice and counselling -International projects -Corporate transactions -Team moves Managing and leading matters with minimal supervision. Representing the firm at business development events. Working efficiently as part of a team. Contributing to the development of the firm's employment practice. Qualifications Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5-7+ years post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge and understanding of employment law principles and recent developments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
