Business Unit:  Conversational Banking, Digital Proposition Salary Range: £55,200 - £82,800 per annum DOE + red hot benefits  Location:  UK Remote with occasional travel required to a hub  Live to challenge the status quo. Our Team Our Conversational Banking team are lowering the barrier for entry to digital banking by making digital experiences feel more human.  We do this by integrating industry-leading artificial intelligence into our digital experiences, giving our customers access to high-quality financial services solutions through intelligent and intuitive support, available 24/7; serving both prospective and existing Virgin Money customers. What you’ll be doing Set ambitious and clear product vision, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs Own the end-to-end journey from inception, and determine business value once solution enters production Meticulous backlog management including creation, prioritisation and refinement ensuring that it is visible and transparent to stakeholders and squad Ensure alignment of product features and stories; review, give feedback and prioritise User Stories in line with product vision Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product Work closely with product, engineering team and business stakeholders ensuring feedback is gathered and integrated into product development process Drive sprint- and release plans together with Scrum Master Exercise strong decision making daily We need you to have Experience working in a decision making role or Product Owner role in an Agile environment with an in depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques and ceremonies A strong customer focus and proven tracker record of delivering customer centric innovative solutions Confident in managing the backlog: writing detailed user stories, refining stories with experts and typical ‘servant leader’ mindset when with the team Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and tell a compelling story Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders across the business – strong leadership skills  Challenger mindset and passion to think out side the box and make smart disruption reality It’s a bonus if you have but not essential A great understanding of our digital services both at customer and technical level Solid knowledge of industry trends, user demands and pain points to be able to create a high value product vision Red Hot Rewards Generous holidays - 38.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays and prorated if part-time)​ plus the option to buy more.
