Walker & Sloan are partnered with a multi-award-winning digital agency who is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale digital projects for enterprise B2B clients.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will join a dedicated London team to deliver complex digital projects from inception through to ongoing support. You’ll manage a small team of Project Managers, ensuring best practices are followed and providing leadership across multiple projects. Working closely with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams, you will guide project delivery for Tier 1 clients and ensure budgets and timelines are met.
What Experience You’ll Need
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with expertise in CMS web builds (Umbraco, Sitecore, or Optimizely preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. Experience working with Agile, SCRUM, or Prince 2 methodologies. Confidence in collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality, on-time digital projects. A proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate issues and suggest creative solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships. Experience with resource management and managing large budgets.
