The business is looking to hire a new Customer Marketing & Brand Communications Lead to lead the development and delivery of brand communications and customer marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and support business growth objectives. Key responsibilities:??Develop and execute brand communications strategies, using a mix of paid, owned and earned media. ??Create and manage customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. ??Develop impactful Digital campaigns – Search, CRM, Display, Social, Influencer & Content??Manage agency relationships (PR, Social, Digital, Shopper)??Nurture, develop and manage the team (2 direct reports initially, but the team is growing)Key skills required:??You will need to have at least 10 years marketing experience??You will need to have extensive Customer Marketing experience from an FMCG background. ??Proven team and agency management experience is critical??Strong Digital marketing experience is crucial ??Strong shopper marketing experience would be beneficialIn return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you
