Brand & Product Manager - London / On-site / £45kCurrently looking for brand and product manager to join a cosmetics client of mine. Ideal candidate must have experience working in a cosmetics industry. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing new products to market. Working collaboratively with global product and brand teams, you'll oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to commercialisation.*No sponsorship provided*Responsibilities: Leverage market insights to create innovative product plans aligned with brand objectives.Transform macro trends into specific product features, including packaging, formulation, claims, and design elements.Own the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and sufficient planning.Create effective product briefsOversee agency relationships and guide their work on brand packaging design.Oversee administrative tasks related to product claims, codes, and documentation.Qualifications: Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end product development and execution.
