Job DescriptionAn opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join the London Personal Injury team at a leading international law firm.This firm is a market leader which has a full-service offering, with particular and renowned strength in insurance, health and real estate. They represent a wide range of clients – from household names and private multinational companies to government departments and NHS bodies, currently acting for nearly all of the top-20 UK and global insurers.The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and well-respected team, handling a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, including high-value and complex cases.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied caseload, defending clients against personal injury claims, which includes employer’s liability, public liability, motor, and catastrophic injury cases.Advising clients on all aspects of personal injury claims, from initial instructions through to settlement or trial.Preparing legal documentation, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.Maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of client care.Keeping up to date with developments in personal injury law and relevant case law.Key Requirements:Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in personal injury law.Proven track record of managing a complex caseload independently.Strong advocacy skills and experience in conducting court proceedings.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.As well as being able to consistently work on the most complex and high stakes claims that the market sees, you will also be able to benefit from a culture which promotes a healthy work-life balance, and an extremely lucrative bonus structure.Please apply as directed or confidentially contact [email protected] for more information.
