Community Engagement Lead

In this role, you'll:

• Ensure residents actively participate in and influence the community's development.
• Foster connections between new arrivals and surrounding communities through direct engagement.
• Organize inclusive events and activities focused on healthy living, ecology, and heritage.
• Collaborate with local partners to support community projects and build a volunteer base.
• Promote active travel initiatives as part of a broader health and wellness agenda.
• Collect and analyse resident data to guide ongoing communications and projects.
• Produce regular communications and resident updates on various platforms.

Key skills:

• A strong understanding of community engagement within development and placemaking.
• Demonstrable experience producing engaging content for various platforms.
• Previous experience managing events and working with relevant stakeholders.
• Driving license is desirable.
