An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Manager to manage a busy catering operation, offering breaktime and a lunch service within a secondary school. My client is looking for someone with previous Catering/Chef management experience within the education sector or B&I. A chef background is essential. You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. They are looking for someone who can heighten the standards and produce a Flagship school for the Academy whilst driving sales, providing excellent customer service, build a successful working relationship with the client aswell as ensuring your team are motivated and offer continued support and development.
