Quality Assurance Manager

Reporting directly to Senior Management, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and integrity of their products. With the perk of half-days every Friday, this full-time, office-based role offers a rewarding career with an excellent work-life balance.Your Key Responsibilities:Managing the quality department, you will communicate expectations, lead external audits and ensure adherence to ISO 13485 while setting and enforcing quality standards.You will be responsible for updating and improving the Quality Management System.Implementing automated testing, you will Identify and resolve non-conformances.Maintaining cleanliness and traceability in production areas along with reviewing and ensuring compliance.Our Ideal Candidate:Knowledge of ISO13485, UKCA, MDR standards with over 5 years’ experience in a supervisory quality role.Experience in ISO quality systems (9001, 13485), preferably in the medical field - Internal auditor training in ISO standards is advantageous.Engineering background, with metalwork and plastic components within an SME environment, preferred.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.Proficient in computer applications.Additional DutiesCollaborating closely with directors and staff to ensure quality compliance, you will contribute to the overall success of production and quality initiatives.APPLY NOW!
