Are you from a Plant, Agricultural, REME, Vehicle or Heavy machinery background looking for less time on the tools with full OEM Plant Training, into an Assistant Supervisory role, becoming a technical expert within your field where you will also step up and help the Supervisor lead a team of experts and help manage upcoming work.
On offer is full training into a supervisory role where you will also receive industry training into the cutting-edge products the company services taking the next step in your career into becoming a technical expert gaining more recognition as you mentor and lead projects within the team.
This national company have been established for over 2 decades and are well are known for heavily investing in and upskilling their engineers, due to continuous expansion, they are now looking for someone from a Plant, Agricultural, REME, Vehicle or Heavy machinery background to be fully trained into assisting the service supervisor.
On offer is full training into an assistant supervisory role where you will help support the Service Supervisor in the workshop whilst also assisting the service engineers on site with the maintenance and repairs of JCB machinery.
This role would suit someone from a Plant, Agricultural, REME, Vehicle or Heavy machinery background looking to take the first steps into management within a national company who are known for investing and upskilling their engineers.
This Role:
*Full Industry Training onto JCB Products
*Servicing and maintenance of JCB machines across sites
*Supervisory Training
The Candidate:
* Plant, Agricultural, REME, Vehicle or Heavy machinery background
*Looking for full Industry training and management training
*Full UK driver's licence
