Senior Commercial ManagerPermanent, Full TimeCompetitive Salary including Car AllowanceLocation: South East of England (Watford head office) with flexibility to travel across portfolio.We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager to manage our FM commercial team dedicated to our multi-year Defence contract covering London & the South East.The role will be responsible for our Core Delivery (high volume maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment projects) across 90 different military sites ensuring accounts and commercial procedures are adhered to and compliant, sufficient resources are in place, all contractual administration is undertaken correctly, and requirements are understood. The successful candidate will have a certain element of gravitas to lead a senior team and have a proven QS/ Commercial background in Facilities Management - Hard Services.The successful candidate will have:• Strong leadership and influencing skills• A proven Facilities Management background• Proven commercial management pedigree (10-15 years’ experience)• Proven understanding of complex, high volume maintenance or FM contracts• Experience of managing a regional team (5 direct reports)• Experience of managing a regional portfolio in excess of £100m• Significant contract knowledge and associated contract administration and negotiations• Professional membership to RICSIf you have the above experience we would strongly encourage you to apply.
