Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor. Location: Walsall, West Midlands Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy who work on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out the full range of asbestos management services. They are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor to join their established team of surveyors in the Midlands region. You will be carrying out the full range of asbestos surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Lichfield, Coalville, Buton upon Trent, Tamworth, Birmingham, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull, Ludlow, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, Beeston, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester, Corby, Market Harborough. Experience & Qualifications: " Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification. " Experience working hands on as a surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Extensive knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines. " Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce comprehensive reports. " Excellent communication skills. " Managing work load in line with company and client requirements. The Role: " Visiting a mixed portfolio of sites to carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys. " Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines. " Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports. " Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy support and advice to clients.
