Security Engineer £75,000 London (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy cloud security architectures that meet business, security, and compliance requirements. Ensure secure cloud tools and mobile technologies for safe access. Establish and maintain environments for security solution testing. Enhance security measures for both on-premise and cloud settings. Oversee cloud network security, including firewall management. Create scripts for security automation. Lead and plan strategies for responding to cyber threats. Implement robust authentication, authorization, and encryption methods. Stay informed about the latest security trends and threats. Manage security for cloud changes and software deployments. Document and enforce security protocols and procedures. Update and disseminate information on data protection techniques. Create metrics on cloud security status. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Maintain and support security tools and systems. Ensure adherence to regulations such as NY State, PCI, GDPR, and NIST. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in cyber security with relevant industry certification. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field focused on Cyber Security or Digital Forensics.
