?? Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled lead R&D Engineer to help design, develop, and optimise dissolving microneedle patches for tattoo applications and therapeutic delivery. You will work at the intersection of science and design collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and regulatory experts to bring innovative delivery technologies from concept to reality.
?? We’d love to hear from you if you have..
- Proven experience in developing micro-scale products e.g. microneedles, ideally for medical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical applications - preferably dissolving but not essential.
- Experience with micro-moulding, 3D printing, or other fabrication techniques for micro-scale structures.
- Strong knowledge of biodegradable polymers is preferable and ideally materials used in microneedle fabrication.
- A passion for analysing data and presenting findings to guide product development as well as staying current with industry trends and scientific / technological advancements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of publications or patents being a bonus.
- Enjoy working at the intersection of science, art, and design.
