North Yorkshire Site Manager Local Contractor £45k - £55k + Car / Allowance + Benefits I am working with a key client of mine who specialise in the delivery of New Build Affordable Housing and also deliver works in the Commercial, Education, Industrial and Retail sectors. This appointment is based around growth and you would be joining a business which intend to grow organically in the next 5 years from a £20m turnover company, to a £30m turnover company. The first project in which you would be overseeing is the construction of 5 New Build Affordable bungalows in the North Yorkshire region of value £2m. General duties will include; Overall responsibility for the successful completion of the construction programme Monitor delivery of the project, identifying risk and opportunities and working with key stakeholders to optimise project delivery Lead the delivery of construction works, ensuring compliance with all company processes and protocols Manage and develop the supervisory and engineering team Ensure that HS&E targets and KPIs are set and managed Work closely with the Commercial team to align targets and KPI's in line with budget forecast The idea candidate must; Have at least 5 years management experience with a main contractor If this of interest to you send your CV to or get in touch at (phone number removed)
