Junior Manufacturing Engineer £35,000 - £38,000 + Training + Progression + 33 days holiday + 10% Pension + Bonus Monday - Friday 8:30-5, 4PM Finish Friday Leicester Are you an engineer with experience within manufacturing? Within the role you will oversee current manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and automation solutions that enhance factory capabilities and capacity. The company are part of a large international organisation, so will be provided with an excellent training and development programme and opportunities for future progression within the business. You will be a key contributor to the continued growth and success of the business as you support with the setting up of two new production lines on site. The role: *Manufacturing Engineer *Maintain and improve Manufacturing Execution system *Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements. *Coordinate and manage manufacturing line updates.
