Location: Milton Keynes based (remote working- 3 days per week) 2 office based (Weds/Thurs)

Salary: Up to £25,000 + Performance-Related Bonuses + Company Benefits

Contract: Permanent

FULL TIME-HYBRID - 37.5 hrs -MONDAY - FRIDAY

Responsibilities (Automotive/Fleet & Leasing Sales)

As a Business Development Manager (B2B), your primary role will involve identifying and engaging with new sales opportunities on behalf of our clients. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute a thorough lead generation strategy targeting potential business clients.
  • Utilise various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking events, to connect with prospects.
  • Qualify leads and prioritise them based on their potential for conversion to appointments, helping to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop customised solutions that address client needs and ensure mutual growth.
  • Continuously research and analyse market trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
