Total TV Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our growing team. As part of our media and feature wall installation projects, the Joiner will work closely with electricians and plasterers to ensure seamless project completion. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of installations, coordinating with other trades to manage project timelines, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and craftsmanship are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of bespoke media wall installation projects. Work alongside electricians and plasterers, ensuring clear communication and coordination on project timelines and requirements. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting the company's quality expectations. Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines, ensuring work progresses smoothly and efficiently. Conduct on-site assessments to ensure all work is completed safely, in compliance with health and safety regulations. Address any issues or changes in project scope as they arise, maintaining communication with the team and clients. Provide input and suggestions to improve project outcomes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within residential or bespoke installation projects. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple aspects of a project. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience coordinating with other trades (electricians, plasterers). Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them on-site. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
