Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer Location: Canary Wharf London Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 (depending on exp) Monday - Friday office hours 08:30am till 5pm (Working in our London offices no Hybrid option available) Uncapped Commission! Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer What they are looking for: * Enthusiasm to learn new skills. * MUST be confident to speak over the phone to candidates and clients. * Able to handle rejection over the phone as 99% of the time you will be code calling candidates. * Driven by KPIs and hitting sale targets. * MUST be confident over the phones. * Eager to gain career development.
