Programme Lead - IT Risk & Controls - Technology Assurance (£1150-£1250p/d)

Job DescriptionOur major Banking client is looking to hire an experienced Programme Lead to work on a critical technology risk and controls programme across a multiple domains and workstreams.In response to key regulatory requirements, the Bank is embarking on a high-profile technology resilience programme to ensure that all IT controls across various workstreams are meeting regulatory obligations. This means you will play a key role in managing IT Risk & Control SMEs whilst working together with people across the business and technology to ensure key milestones are delivered. You will also work closely with the executive committee, reporting back and presenting progress and recommendations.Candidates will require a clear and proven track record in the following:Previous experience in working on large technology controls programmes at another Bank.Previous experience in an IT Risk Assurance function at Programme Management/Director levelExpert knowledge of the IT Risk & Controls space within Banking - you need to be able to point towards a large body of work where you have provided guidance and direction on a Technology controls programme that had time-pressured regulatory obligationsYou must have extensive experience reporting to executive committees and board-level stakeholders, managing these relationships and providing them with actionable deliverablesThis is a high priority, multi-year programme with strong sponsorship from the upper echelons of the Bank. The umbrella rate will be between £1,100 p/d - £1,250 p/d. The Bank operate a hybrid working policy.Please note this is a PAYE contract going through an umbrella company. The rate quoted is the umbrella rate.
