The Role Real Estate Litigation Partner - £Competitive + Fully Benefits Package & Bonus This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 100 national law firm within their award-winning Property Litigation department, offering specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of private individuals and businesses.The team advises on a full range of contentious matters including advising on commercial and residential property disputes to assist a variety of clients including housebuilders, owners, investors, and management companies.The firm requires a Property Litigation Partner with demonstrable experience running a high-value, complex caseload with a growth mindset, and a portable client following to continue to expand the dynamic team. The role involves working closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities, as well as supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors.
