Finance Lawyer 4-6 PQE US Law Firm
We are instructed by a US Law firm, who seek to hire a 4-6 year qualified lawyer to join their London Finance team.
The role will involve representing private equity sponsors, hedge funds, financial investors, special situation investors, portfolio companies and other corporate borrowers in direct lending and special situation transactions, financing activities in international and domestic syndicated loan, debt and capital markets, and the finance aspects of complex restructuring transactions.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales and have upwards of 4 years' PQE in a wide variety of financing transactions, working for commercially-minded financial institution clients such as investment banks, hedge funds and institutional lenders, gained at a top tier firm in London.
