Our client is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join their team at a 2-bed service in Bradford. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents during the night while promoting a calm and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide overnight care and supervision for residents. * Monitor the safety and security of the home during the night. * Offer emotional support and respond to any needs or emergencies. * Complete relevant documentation and handover notes. Requirements: * Experience in a similar care role is preferred. * Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities. * Ability to work independently during night shifts. * Flexibility and reliability.
