Export Control Manager £65kLancashire – hybrid working Permanent position My client is a Global leading Aerospace and Defence organisation. Recruiting for an Export Control Manager with the responsibility to lead the international programmes within the business.Responsibilities: Being the lead person for the International programmes within the business, understanding key programme deliverables and export licensing requirementsProvide day-to-day SME advice and guidance on export control related queries, regulatory and procedural requirementsUnderstanding export control and licensing challenges, establishing the facts and putting in place solutions that enables timely delivery and protects future business including implementation and management of Export Control and Licensing PlansGrowing and sustaining productive relationships with the internal and external stakeholder supporting and leading engagementsSupporting corporate/internal and external audits, including closure of actions where appropriateBe the subject matter expert in leading the knowledge and understanding of key export control regimes and feeding this to the wider business and ensuring compliance with day-to-day business activitiesDevelop and implement export control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with export control regulationsProvide support to business teams, ensuring export control requirements are considered and embedded within future IT toolsets, collaboration environments and enterprise resource planning systems used by the businessRequired experience: Experience of working in UK and International Export Control regulatory environmentsAnalytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex regulationsCurrent Knowledge on International Export Control laws and regulationsTeam Leading and people management experienceIf you are interested in this Export Control Manager role, please ‘APPLY’ and submit your CV for immediate consideration.
