Chief Sales Officer Join an innovative leader in the Financial Crime, Fraud Prevention, Software Security space as a Chief Sales Officer, where you’ll drive global sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and expand market presence. We are seeking a results-oriented executive with a proven track record in B2B tech sales leadership to lead sales operations through the company’s next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in driving revenue, managing sales pipelines, and fostering customer relationships across the globe. Role Overview: As the Chief Sales Officer, you will oversee all sales functions, working closely with the executive team to align the sales strategy with overall business objectives. Your focus will be on driving both customer retention and new business acquisition, with a clear goal of delivering revenue growth. Leading a sales team of around 40 people, you will set the tone for a culture of excellence, managing both tactical sales efforts and long-term growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships, while achieving sales targets. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a Global sales team (EMEA, USA, APAC) of 40+ people, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development. Operations Management: Ensure efficient sales operations, and collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and product teams. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and retention. Ideal Candidate Profile: 12+ years in senior sales leadership (CSO/VP of Sales) in B2B software, ideally in relation to fraud prevention/authentication/Financial Crime/Security solutions with proven success in scaling global sales teams. Experience in private equity-backed or resource-constrained environments focused on profitable growth. Expertise in B2B software solutions targeting the financial services/Banking sector, ideally in fraud prevention/authentication/Financial Crime/Security Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven sales forecasting.
