Product Owner

Job Title: Product Owner (FinTech) Location: Remote (Yorkshire-based) with fortnightly attendance at Sheffield office Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum About Us We are an innovative FinTech company dedicated to revolutionizing the way people manage their finances. The Role We're looking for a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team. In this key role, you'll drive the development of our product roadmap, ensuring that our digital solutions meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver features that provide real value. Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize the product backlog, translating high-level business needs into detailed requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategy. Lead the development team through sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly. Analyze product performance and user feedback to continuously improve and refine our offerings. Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technology-driven environment, ideally within FinTech or financial services. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps to manage and track the product development lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen. Experience working with remote teams. Passion for fintech and financial innovation.What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £70,000.
