As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and care to children in their early years, ensuring a strong foundation for their future learning and development. The Role: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS curriculum Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and intellectual development Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions Provide individualised support to children with additional needs, working closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other professionals Maintain accurate records of children's development, achievements, and incidents, ensuring confidentiality and data protection Collaborate with other EYFS teachers and staff to share best practices, resources, and ideas for continuous improvement Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required Keep up to date with current trends, research, and developments in early years education The Ideal Candidate:  Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a relevant field (PGCE or QTS desirable) Proven experience as an EYFS Teacher, preferably within a school or nursery setting Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment Benefits Pay to scale Safeguarding training Weekly pay Dedicated team on hand for support Designated consultant £100 for referring a friend referral fee for any successful referrals of friends or colleagues who work 5+ shifts In addition to top rates of pay, and a commitment to your professional development we can offer you a pension contribution scheme and a dedicated consultant to support you every step of the way.  Please visit our website  To take full advantage of this opportunity please call Saleh on:  for more information and Apply Below.
