Role: Senior Project Manager Project: Scheduling & planning software implementation Industry: Global commodities trading client Length: 12 months initial (2-3 year scope) Rate: £700-£800/d inside IR35 Location: London (hybrid - 3 days per week in office) X4 Technology are partnered with a leading oil major who are offering the opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a day-rate contract basis. As Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a global, multi-year programme of work to transform their scheduling and planning across supply and commercial operations (barges, rail, pipelines, trucks, etc). You'll be leading a multimillion pound implementation of a new vendor solution for scheduling and planning. The RFP process is in-flight, so the key focus for the successful candidate will be leading a large development team across both the UK and India to ensure successful delivery of the solution across the client's global business. Requirements for the Project Manager (Scheduling & Planning) Proven experience leading international, large-scale, multi-million pound budget technology transformation programmes within oil, gas or energy firms (or trading houses) Specific experience leading the implementation of scheduling and planning software solutions Experience within physical commodity trading environments Strong technical knowledge The client are looking to line up interviews in late September and earlier October, so please apply online for immediate consideration
