Stock Condition Surveyor - South West (Devon)

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint STOCK CONDITION SURVEYORS on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT in South West - Devon - Plymouth/Exeter to survey OVER 1800 PROPERTIES

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

1. Outside IR35 role.
2. Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks.
3. Over 1800 properties to be surveyed.
4. Properties located in/around Devon - Plymouth/Exeter
5. Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks, Calling Cards ,Large Property lists provided, with ID Badges and a Letter of Authority.
6. Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection.
7. Full Time - 5 DAYS A WEEK REQUIRED.
8. Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
