Account Executive (DACH) - have to be native German.The company:Rapidly growing SaaS start-up.Achieved nearly 8x ARR Growth in 2023.Series B - raised over $20M in January 2024.Grown over 200% in headcount the last 24 months.The package:Hybrid role in the office (Central London) 4x days per weekUp to £80k salary / Double OTEYour role:Working closely with the sales and business development team, based in their London office, youwill be responsible for securing new business across the DACH region. You’ll have a uniqueopportunity to shape how they engage the market and shape new business acquisition.Responsibilities:Independently source, manage and close deals with leading technology companiesManage opportunities in CRM to accurately forecast revenue opportunities and hitquarterly/annual targetsEngage with leads and prospects in person and over ZoomBe the Ambassador and source of knowledge of their product to the outside world, being able to clearly, concisely, and credibly articulate the product and its USP to consumers or partnersWork closely with partners to drive new businessCommunicate feedback from the field to the Product team to make sure that the company remains at the forefront of innovationFlexibility - things change around there. Fast.Requirements:Fluent in German and English.Experience in a Sales Executive/Account Executive, selling SaaS productsA deal closing mindsetYears of experience hitting and exceeding targetsStrong relationship and rapport building skills, you’ll be interacting with a large population of merchants and you’ll need to quickly and consistently deliver an outstanding service, gaining trust and drive results.Tenacious and resilient, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and do it what it takes to get to the right resultYou are tech savvy, extremely customer service oriented, professional, resourceful, and have the patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations.Things we like to see:Comfortable with moderately complex concepts, and an ability to talk confidently about softwareHumility, kindness and respect in working with others.
