Sales Administrator Meyer Scott Ref: VR/09063 Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 p.a. Location: Huntingdon Type: Permanent Office Based. Our Huntingdon based client provide component solutions for the lighting and power supply markets specialising in outsourced manufacturing and distribution. The Company is part of an €(phone number removed) German public limited organisation with exciting aspirations of increasing their UK presence. The Sales Administrator will be joining an already established business (over 32 years trading in the UK). STRICTLY FULL TIME OFFICE BASED They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, at their office in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The Sales Administrator has a complex job. Not only will you be responsible for providing full on support to the Sales Team, but you will need to be proficient at handling and switching between multiple computer applications, such as SAP, Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and learn very quickly. Since the successful candidate will be communicating with customers on a regular basis, a proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary, knowledge of other languages could also prove an asset. The candidate should be experienced with SAP ERP 6.0 operating software, this is essential! They are not in a position to be able to SAP train. This permanent, full-time position starting from £35,000 annually involves a variety of duties: Taking orders by email Entering orders into our SAP ERP, ECC 6.0 system Providing support to our external Sales Managers Progressing, expediting supplier orders Tracking the process of each job from order to delivery to ensure that everything happens within the given time frame Keeping the client informed during each step of the process Answering the telephone and redirecting calls Inputting data of various kinds Completing general administrative tasks Dealing with customer and supplier queries Hours: Full-time position working Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5pm Holidays: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holiday Pension. After six month you would qualify for Private Medical Insurance
