Working Foreman

4Site are currently seeking a Working Foreman to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Guildford. Our client, a specialist in high-end residential refurbishments, has a upcoming project that will run until April 2025. This role offers a blend of responsibilities, including being on the tools, overseeing an onsite team, directing subcontractors and overseeing health and safety.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in delivering high-quality work. For the right candidate, there is potential for ongoing work on future projects.

What we're looking for:

• A strong carpentry background - happy to be on the tools more than managing
• Proven experience in high-end residential projects
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Your own set of tools
• Fluent English
• CSCS & First Aid certification (preferred, but not essential)
• Immediate availability
