As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives including active networking and building a strong client relationship through the highest level of luxury customer service, by creating an authentic, exquisite experience for all customers. In addition to being Luxury Sales Consultant for the company, you will play a vital role as being flexible, highly driven with an entrepreneur-mindset and to support as a team member in store.
What you will bring
- A minimum three year luxury retail experience, preferable with fine jewellery experience and a client book
- A strong selling skill with a proven result and background in sales
- Ability to carry out a flawless selling ceremony which adhere to the Brand’s direction combined with your very own unique professional approach
- Ability to strengthen brand loyalty by personalising client follow-ups
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
- Communication skills and Interpersonal sensitivity
- Ability to serve VIP clients and handle challenging clients
- Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
The package:
- Salary: up to £35,000.00
