Job Title: Compliance Associate

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Associate to join our team. The Compliance associate will be responsible for ensuring that the firm adheres to all relevant regulations and laws governing the CFD industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including but not limited to, MiFID II and ESMA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Ensure that the firm is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the firm's compliance program
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and examinations
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Experience in compliance, preferably within the CFD industry or a similar industry
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including MiFID II and ESMA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance) are a plus
