Oversee all Warehouse Department facets, including operations, assets, and staff, ensuring compliance with UK laws, Health and Safety regulations, and Company Policies. Manage staff performance for productivity and service excellence. Achieve operational targets, oversee budget implementation, financial reviews, and planning. Maintain stock control, dispatch readiness, and TSS updates under MD guidance, with regular stock checks and annual stocktakes. Responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day running of the warehouse. To forecast and arrange future staffing levels to cope with anticipated business levels to ensure the on-going integrity of the operation within budget guidelines in consultation with the warehouse management team.
