Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a PE-backed SME business services company, based in Surrey, to appoint their new CFO. Reporting into the CEO this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the business and play a key role in their growth journey.Key Responsibilities:Taking overall responsibility for the Finance and accounting functionPreparing and reviewing financial monthly reportingEnsuring systems are robust, compliant to support future growthIdentifying and capitalising on business opportunities, optimising cost structures, and enhancing revenue streamsDeveloping and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s growth and operational objectivesOverseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial compliance.Candidate Profile:Experienced in building and developing a high-performing finance functionExperience in a PE-backed environmentExcels in a fast paced, hands-on, high growth SME environmentExperience in transactionsStrong background in professionalising finance functions and implementing best practicesProficient in managing finance operations in a multi-site environmentExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG businessExceptional communication skills, able to influence and build relationships at all levelsCurious and inquisitive, consistently seeking innovative solutionsCompensation: £150K - £180K base salary plus packageLocation: SurreyDisclaimer: Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities, and as much as we endeavour to respond promptly to each application we would advise that if you have not received communication within 10 working days consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
