Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I am looking to speak with Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are looking for an opportunity to join a highly established contractor.

You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a complex roof extension project adding multiple storeys of residential apartments in central Oxford.

Main Responsibilities:

* Carry out Take-Offs

* Assist Estimators at tender stages

* Take responsibility for commercial aspects of live contacts including Procurements, Valuations and payments of sub-contractors

* external valuations, variations and final accounts
