Group Business Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager, to create new opportunities across our extensive UK client platform.

The Role;

As our Business Development Manager, you will be building out new opportunities across our client platform, developing PSL relationships and cross selling divisions to expand our offering. The role is very client facing so you should thrive off relationship building and f2f pitches.

• Client Development and Business Development
• Lead from the front around cross selling and collaboration and look at ways to improve this internally
• Client meetings, both F2F and Teams
• This is a UK focused role – we have offices in London and Manchester and clients across UK

The Person;

• You should have strong experience in Business Development either from a Recruitment, B2B or Solution Sales background
• You should have experience of collaborating with other teams + examples of cross selling
• You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated
