Customer Services Manager / £50,000 - £60,000 / Kent / Permanent   My client, a well-established leader within their industry, are looking for a Customer Services Manager, to join them in their North Kent offices. Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered from your team and ensure KPI’s are met. As the Customer Services Manager, you should be able to communicate well, be a great relationship builder and act as a true team player.   Role and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service department and ensure that high levels of customer service are met across the business Take ownership of complaints and provide well thought out solutions Conduct regular 1-2-1’s, appraisals and reviews with the entirety of the department; identify areas of improvement, development plans and training Mentor and coach the team, be a positive leader, providing support to the team when required Work with various departments across the business, staying informed about the business needs  Essential Skills: 5+ years’ experience in a Managerial role Strong leadership skills, likeable and personable, with the ability to motivate a team Strong technical skills, able to pick up various CRM systems Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Organised and proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude  Package: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays Employee Assistance Programme Employee discounts including Birthday off
