Are you an ambitious town planner looking for their next step?
I am working with a leading national developer based in London who is looking to strengthen its planning team with a senior town planner.
The award-winning company builds focuses on large resi schemes in cities across the country. You will be a town planner with detailed experience of managing major planning applications on immediate and strategic sites. You will be used to managing both internal and external consultants on both short term immediate projects and large multi-phased masterplan on strategic land.
You will ideally be working for another house builder in a town planner role, from a local authority or in planning consultancy and have had experience of running planning applications for house builders.
Working closely with the land team and senior management you will have a large level of autonomy to run the manage the planning function of the business.
Salary circa £45k-55k plus package
Key experience Degree qualified with MRTPI 3 years + years post graduation experience. Currently working for a house builder or planning consultancy as a town planner Good knowledge and experience of handling planning applications in Surrey & Sussex Detailed experience on residential planning applications Detailed experience on 150 unit plus projects
