They are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to be the first frontend hire, working on greenfield projects to develop their customer-facing platform.THE INDUSTRYThis company operates within the InsurTech sector, helping businesses find and manage commercial insurance solutions. With rapid growth and a recent successful funding round, they are set to quadruple in size this year. The platform will enable customers to track sales and manage insurance transactions more efficiently.THE ROLEAs a Frontend Engineer, you will: Develop and build a greenfield platform that allows customers to log in and track their insurance sales. Work closely with product and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate data visualization features. Take full ownership of frontend development, driving the technical direction. Assist with backend and infrastructure tasks in a small, agile team as needed.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong expertise in React, Typescript, and NextJS. Experience working with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Proven ability to build greenfield projects in fast-paced environments. Comfortable being the go-to person for frontend development in a small, cross-functional team.
