We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join a leading international Legal 500 law firm with offices in Manchester & Birmingham.Legal Director – Healthcare Regulatory – Manchester / Birmingham – Up to £90k + Excellent Benefits Package + Generous Bonus SchemeThis is an exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning dynamic and supportive law firm known for providing specialist legal advice to Defendant healthcare professional and organisations.The national Healthcare Regulatory team handles a broad spectrum of work defending healthcare professionals and organizations in regulatory proceedings before statutory regulators such as the GMC/MPTS, GDC, GOC, GPhC, NMC, and HCPC.The team also represents clients in disciplinary proceedings before NHS Trusts, NHS England, and private healthcare businesses. They are regularly instructed in Coroner's Inquests, CQC proceedings, data disputes, and public inquiries, with a specialist sub-team dedicated to defending healthcare professionals in criminal proceedings.The Regulatory team is seeking an experienced Legal Director to manage a varied caseload of regulatory healthcare matters for clients including insurance companies, medical and dental defense organizations, private individuals, and professional associations.The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing regulatory and inquest matters, as well as a proven ability to handle complex cases.
