National Account Manager - 12mth Maternity Cover

A large Brand & Own Label food business is seeking an interim solution for a maternity cover role on their Discount channel. This UK household brand has a rich heritage of manufacturing great grocery food products and continues to be at the forefront of multiple categories they operate in. National Account Manager - Discounters 12mth Fixed-Term Contract Brand & Own Label £negotiable Bonus/Car allowance 100% Homebased, UK Role: This is an exciting vacancy within the business that is now available due to exciting news for one of the team members. You will have full P&L responsibility for High Street Discounters such as Iceland and others whilst supporting the Discount Lead on Aldi & Lidl. You will have the ability to implement a more strategic approach to your customer portfolio as part of your development. You: - FMCG NAM experience with Discounter customers - Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience - Solid negotiation skills - Must be able to build rapport with customers and develop relationships - Need to be driven, motivated, and have a growth mentality with the appetite for success - Strong communicator and effective networker - A willingness to learn and develop your career This role requires the successful person to start in November and is open to either PAYE or day rate options.
