Job Requirements / Description

Key Job Requirements:

  • Certified Administrator in a Software Asset Management tool or 4+ years of hands-on experience with a SAM tool, preferably Flexera.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance performance measurement and reporting processes within large organisations.
  • Experienced in creating and distributing detailed reports from various data sources for business use.
  • Strong capability in data manipulation and summarising complex reports for presentation to non-specialist audiences.
  • Experience automating reports to the extent allowed by available data sources and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as commonly used diagramming tools.
  • Extensive experience in flexible and proactive information gathering.
  • Confident in managing diverse tasks and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to present professionally and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Adaptable to shifting deadlines with a flexible approach.
  • Experience in data analytics is essential.
  • Preferably, at least 4 years of experience working within the financial sector.
