Brand Programme Lead (Maternity Contract)

Role: FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) covering maternity leave until September 2025, with potential for extension. Salary: £62k–£65k Our client, a leader in the travel and service industry, is seeking a Brand Leader with a proven track record in brand platform development and cross-functional team engagement (e.g., HR, Operations, Marketing). This strategic role will involve managing key brand initiatives, making insights-driven recommendations, and engaging internal stakeholders who may not be familiar with branding terminology. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to align on strategic goals. Responsibilities: Drive strategic brand projects, ensuring clear communication of the brand vision across all levels. Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO, Chief of Staff, CCO, and Marketing Director. Act as a brand guardian, overseeing that all assets—such as video, illustrations, copy, and messaging—align with the brand’s new identity. Prioritise strategic brand management over asset production, with a focus on long-term brand development and guardianship. Facilitate buy-in from stakeholders and build trust while handling complex brand discussions and brand-related topics. Requirements: Strong strategic experience, ideally in service-led brand strategy within the travel or service industries (rather than product-based). 10 years of experience, ideally client-side, with the ability to navigate internal dynamics. Agency experience will be considered, especially with high-profile client work in brand strategy. Proven ability to work with established brand operating models and internal stakeholders. Fluency in French is a plus but not essential. We’re seeking a seasoned brand leader (Head of Brand/Senior Brand Leadership) with strong strategic, rather than client management, focus.
