An opportunity for an Accounts Assistant is available with a friendly, family run company in Sevenoaks.
Job Role:
* · Invoicing, including Sales Ledger
* · Purchase Ledger
* · Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries
* · Support with booking engineer and surveyor visits
* · Dealing with customer complaints & invoice queries
* · Preparing payments
* · Bank reconciliation
* · Credit card statements
* · Monthly maintenance runs
* · VAT returns
Skills Required:
* · Good communication skills
* · Strong attention to detail
* · Experienced in invoicing
* · Good IT skills - knowledge of Sage 50
