Electrical Trainer Cheshire £35,000 + Great Training Opportunities + Good Work Life Balance + Flexitime + No Weekends or Evenings Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to take a step back from the tools and join a company who offer a fantastic work life balance and culture? In this role, you will be using the onsite facilities to train and coach Engineers at the beginning of their careers through their Level 3 qualifications with a mix of classroom and workshop teaching. You do not need to have any teaching qualifications to apply for this role. The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or relevant apprenticeship but this is not essential. Experience with some training is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS.
