Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service. Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to drive profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Create memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service and attention to detail. What We're Looking For in The Restaurant Manager: Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional financial and commercial acumen with experience of managing a £2.6m turnover operation. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
