Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional with fluency in Mandarin? We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team, working on one of London's largest and most innovative residential developments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an internationally renowned project that merges culture, creativity, and modern architecture. Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will be integral to the marketing of premium residential properties, both for sale and rental. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership to support the implementation of marketing strategies across global markets. This position offers significant autonomy and involvement in the entire marketing process, from developing content to managing campaigns and working with agencies. Mandarin fluency is essential as you will play a key role in engaging with overseas audiences, particularly in China. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing annual marketing and event strategies to generate leads and raise awareness for residential properties in the UK and overseas. Maintain and update marketing materials including brochures, floorplans, virtual content, and interactive tools. Coordinate the marketing collateral and visual identity for residential properties. Collaborate with creative and digital agencies, PR firms, and China-facing media platforms to ensure marketing initiatives align with the project’s goals. Manage social media accounts such as WeChat, RED, and Weibo, ensuring high-quality, relevant content to promote the development. Support the sales and lettings teams by developing and coordinating promotional activities and international marketing campaigns. Lead on the translation and approval of Mandarin-language marketing materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and cultural relevance. Monitor competitor activity and provide regular analysis of market trends to improve campaign effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, especially those geared towards a Chinese audience (e.g., WeChat). Experience in property marketing, ideally with a focus on new builds or high-end developments. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across various functions. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
