With a seasonally updated cocktail menu and a curated selection of premium mezcal and tequila, we aim to create a unique experience for our guests. We're seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily operations and help shape our vision. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Develop and implement a seasonally updated cocktail menu that highlights agave spirits. Curate and maintain an extensive selection of premium mezcal and tequila Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and ensure proper stock levels. Create a welcoming atmosphere that resonates with our intimate setting and vinyl music focus. Qualifications: Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a cocktail or agave-focused environment. Strong knowledge and passion for agave spirits, including mezcal and tequila. Expertise in classic cocktail techniques and a creative approach to mixology. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
